RTVS
Two channels. Two dots. Two parallel
realities. Infinity of creation.
The marketing team of RTVS, the Slovak public broadcasting company, brought us on board to rebrand their on-air identity.
Our task was to imagine a new system of visual identity while maintaining the original logo design of their television channels. We decided to bring the two dots of the logo alive. To do so, we needed a motion-based solution: applying diverse animation principles while connecting the stations’ designs.
In the case of Channel :1, the dots
open a gate to an alternative space
where new stories can unwind.
For Channel :2, the dots’ movement
initiates abstract lines and shapes
of a potent and absorbing layout.
We liberated the potential of both channels’ designs and redeemed their integration using creative animation. The expansive yet susceptible approach
to the rebranding of this project won multiple awards, including the PromaxBDA Global Excellence Gold.
